Did you take a before and after picture? Don't use the excuse that you know your body and will be able to tell.... photographs reveal things that you never notice. Stretch marks, cellulite, sagging skin and texture are immeasurable! Just bite the bullet and take the picture...and be smart about it...same room, same lighting, same pose and same angle.
You tried one wrap, but they come in a box of four for a reason. A full treatment is 4 applications, a progressive process that needs to be applied consistently. Wrap every 4-7 days! Pick a day and make that your wrap day, even set an alarm on your calendar! Consistency makes a big difference!
Your body isn't a temple? There are factors that may play into your results and you need to be honest about them! Smokers, heavy drinkers, people who love processed fast and junk food, and soda drinkers are toxic! And the wraps can't work as quickly if they have to cut through the crud. Instead of saying they didn't work, maybe increase your real food intake, cut the crud for a couple weeks and even look into our Greens...its an alkalizing detox drink mix that will prepare your body for wrapping.
Water. These are not water loss wraps. They are flush wraps...you can't flush if you don't drink. And 2 bottles of water a day does not a flush make. Drink! Drink! Drink! 8-10 full glasses a day! You won't shrink if you don't drink! (and no, flavored waters and tea don't count)
Everybody poops...except you. Think about it, if you are chronically constipated your fat won't have anyway to escape. Drink water and look at the Greens...it makes a huge difference!
