It Works! for ME!

I am still doing great with my health! I wanted to update you all on my progress!  I can not thank It Works products enough.  They have really helped me get a "new" me. 

130 lb difference

On the left I was in my 20s and had not yet had children.  I worked full time as a manager in a medical office and life was good but I was conscience about the world around me.  I found myself not wanting to go out.  Not wanting to do anything with my life because I hated walking into places and people looking at me. I was limited on the clothing I could wear and oh my goodness a swimsuit was just not happening! 

On the right I am in my 30s and have had 2 kids.  I work from home and lost 130 pounds and changed my life completely. 

My life between these two pictures (besides the 2 WONDERFUL children) was countless fad diets and starvation diets.  I think I have tried ALL of them.  Many of them do work and you can lose weight  but if you eat poorly, you WILL look like it. It has to be combined with good eating habits.

So.....after finally trying the last CRAZY STARVATION DIET I decided to give up these crazy diets and just do it right.  I lost my Dad in 2010 to Pancreatic Cancer after only a 5 week diagnosis and I recall him saying to me: " Look at us Pam, we aren't healthy".  I needed to do this!! GET HEALTHY!

So off I went (well after I had baby #2 lol)...

I cut back on soda, started eating more salads, etc and I starting loosing a "little" weight. Slow process but good. Then it stopped.  Plateau! 

I had been seeing on Facebook all about these "wraps".  I was intrigued.  All natural? Plant based? HMMMM.  How does that work.  So after looking into it I got more skeptical. Do they work? I have had 2 kids and LOTS of stretch marks and a NICE ROUND belly to boot.  I ended up shaking it off and saying "those can't work" and I don't have the money.

A month later a close friend of mine had a "wrap" party.  I unfortunately couldn't make it.  But she was talking ALL about these! People were posting their pictures.  I wanted to try one.  Me.... being me.... I investigated.  What are these Crazy Wraps?

As I got into starting up my business, boy, I was right! People want these! I HAVE to continue to share this product and help others!! 

I then learned of the supplements and skincare.  The Greens I started with.  It helped me completely cut out the soda! The other benefits are just and added bonus!! I then slowly introduced others to try.

Fat Fighter for our pizza night and any bad meal I may have.  Thermofit to burn extra calories. Regular to help me be "regular". Profit as my breakfast meal replacement. I could of course go on and on all day about the wraps and what they have done for skin tightening! Oh MY!
